French Inspired Feast

After a week's break from our five-course dinner to host a family night, we are eager to resume our culinary journey! The upcoming meal will be a delightful experience featuring our take on traditional French dishes. The evening will commence with a special non-alcoholic sparkler and Chef Caleb's ratatouille appetizer showcasing a delightful array of late Summer produce. Following that, a light roasted carrot soup with a hint of fresh ginger and coriander will be served, along with a classic French salad comprising crisp lettuce, beets, chevre, and toasted walnuts drizzled with a house maple balsamic vinaigrette. The main course will highlight red wine-braised beef atop creamy chive mashed potatoes, accompanied by a classic brioche house dinner roll. To conclude the meal, a creamy Classic Crème Brûlée with Fresh Fruit will be served. Please note that our beer and wine license is pending, so feel free to bring your own.
